Unfortunately the industry has “quick buck artists” who will gouge and pressure a consumer into paying much more money than the buyer was originally quoted on the phone.

By definition a client is “one that is under the protection, care and guidance of another.” We will never sell you; rather we will advise you and inform you as to what’s best for your rugs and carpets when it comes to cleaning, repair and restoration. We will ask for your business, but never pressure you to purchase any of our services that you don’t need.
